Glo Co Cancelation Policy

 

When booking a service, you are required to put a credit card on file.

If you cancel your appointment in under 24 hours, you are responsible for 50% of the total service(s) originally booked.

By abiding to the 24 hour cancelation policy, this gives other clients enough time to book a service & feel beautiful.

If you no show an appointment, you are responsible for a 100% of the total service(s) originally booked.

If you need to cancel your appointment less than 24 hours, you must message glocoxemily on Instagram OR email glocomaine@gmail.com

Running Late….

If you are more than 10 minutes late for an appointment, it will be considered a no show. This is to ensure that there is enough time in between clients to sanitize.
